Approach
With over 9 years of university studies, Mitch has a broad education to draw upon. Based on client needs, he integrates clinical hypnotherapy, ego state therapy, mindfulness practices, positive psychology, career/life counselling, brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation to enable change. During his ten years overseas he also completed studies in California and New York (Columbia University) in history, philosophy, HR, cultural anthropology and world religions with the over-riding goal of deepening his understanding of human wellbeing and performance.
The most powerful approach Mitch has come across in over 30 years of exploring fields related to human wellbeing and performance is a new understanding of psychology called the Three Principles, first proposed by Sydney Banks. This understanding is sometimes referred to by other names, including Health Realization, the Inside-Out approach, neo-cognitive psychology, Psychology of Mind, and Innate Health.
Mitch now integrates his work into the broad framework provided by the inside-out Three Principles approach. He attended the Three Principles School in Canada in 2018 and the 3P UK Conference in London in 2019.
